Change your Mind

Visual Focus does not allow returns or refunds if you change your mind.

In many cases, Visual Focus has ordered specialist audio-visual products requested by you. Goods with opened boxes or that have been unpackaged on receipt by you cannot be returned

Incorrect Selection

Please contact us before you purchase if you are unsure about any aspect of your selected item, or if you do not know it the product will suits your needs or solve your problem.  Visual Focus is a service oriented business and will be pleased to make recommendations, discuss your planned usage and suggest a suitable solution.

Exceptions

Visual Focus may in rare circumstances allow you to return your purchase.  The item will need to be still in perfect condition and you will be required to arrange return freight.   A re-stocking charge may apply (considered on a case by case basis) and Visual Focus may issue a credit note that can be used to purchase another item.

Warranty

Warranty support is offered on products purchased from Visual Focus. Most electronic equipment sold by Visual Focus is supported by its Manufacturer Warranty.   Each manufacturer provides warranty with different durations, conditions and limitations.  Please contact our office for details or navigate to the manufacturer’s website for further information.

Manufacturer Warranty Service

If we agree that the item needs attention under warranty, Visual Focus can liaise with manufacturers where equipment it has sold is within the manufacturer warranty period. Most manufacturer warranties do not include the cost of labour and travel associated with the removal, re-installation and shipping of equipment to the manufacturer service agent or company base.   Visual Focus can quote on these costs and coordinate the removal of faulty equipment from your system, arrange its repair and re-install equipment. In the event of you needing to return an item for warranty repair or replacement, you must contact us first. This is so we can talk to you about the problem and offer advice in case you have misunderstood the operating or installation instructions.

Workmanship Warranty 

Visual Focus provides installation services by qualified technicians.   Our services are provided with a one year warranty for any issues related to the workmanship by our technicians.  This warranty includes work by our technicians for installation, programming or commissioning of the equipment it supplies.   The Visual Focus warranty is only extended to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
